I bought this item because my boyfriend was going to use the men's formula and I wanted to try with him. I took The Cleaner as directed for the recommended length of time and I can still tell the difference weeks later. It works effectively in cleaning you out, but I must warn that there will be some stomach cramping. Overall, I do recommend this product to get you on track to a healthy lifestyle.

My whole family is addicted this stuff. Every time we feel the need to refresh, this is our first choice. I notice a difference with every use. I definitely recommend for jump starting a new lifestyle.

I love this product. It really does "clean" you out and I feel so rejuvenated when and after I use it. The ingredients are awesome and nothing I've tried compares to this. I want to feel that I'm being cleansed, which this product does. Cleanses that are "gentle", just don't do it for me!

I bought this product not expecting to lose weight, but just to clean out my body in general. The product claims to be gentle-it's not. If you drink about 6 glasses of water you'll have a firm stool, anything else has you running to the bathroom. The bottle also suggests drinking 8-10 glasses a day, which is probably the only good think that this product promotes. However no matter how many capsules you take you will have a loose stool. I didn't see any of the results that the product suggested I would. I actually became bloated and lost the weight after I stopped using the product. I did have a little bit more energy on Day 2 of the cleanse, but once I stopped I actually had more motivation and drive. I don't recommend this product. It's pretty much like throwing money down the toilet.
