This is an excellent product. I have used it twice now (two bottles) and have achieved the same great results both times. The natural herbs are a wonderful alternative to those containing harsh chemicals. As with any product out there, follow the instructions. If it appears that you are going to the bathroom too much, or the consistency is leaning on the diarrhea side, then back off the pills until you normalize out, then begin again with less pills (smaller dosage). On the other hand, if it appears that you are not receiving the results that you wish for after the first couple of days, you may need to increase the dosage. Every "body" is different. It is simple....Follow the directions.

The first two days were cool but after that...be very close to a toilet!!! Seriously..I almost could not leave the house and it felt like someone had set my butt on fire. I was afraid to go at times because it hurt so much. If you use it be very very careful!
