This stuff is great! It started working the next morning after I took the first dose (four capsules) the evening before. I've used various detox teas and kits in the past and they've never made me feel like this. I only used the 7 day system, but without hesitation I'll be getting another bottle.. There was nothing uncomfortable using it and I wasn't running to the bathroom every 5 minutes- but when I did go it was quality(sorry to sound gross).. I'm so glad this guy recommended it to me at a local healthfood store and I decided to try it. I told mostly all my family and friends..
