I didn't like it. It didn't do anything. I didn't notice any changes in anything.

I'm always a little scared before I take a cleanse product but this one can highly recommended so I tried it. I absolutely LOVE this cleanse. For one week, I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening. There was no need to stay home 24/7 while taking these pills. There was no sense of urgency. By following the diet plan on the website I lost about 7 pounds and had amazing energy. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is feeling a little sluggish and needs a boost.

This is by far the best colon cleanse I've taken. Cleans you out without urgency and constant need to be by the john. I lost 6 pounds the first week I took this product. By the end all cravings for sweets had vanished from my diet. Great way to detox! I always follow up this cleanse with Thin Air Nutrition's Prebiotic Probiotic Combo to replenish my colon with all the good stuff. Prebiotic Probiotic Combo (30 capsules)

I took the cleanse product as directed after the winter holidays.....you know the feeling--sluggish, tired, bloated, etc. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a jump start to any positive dietary change. I noticed a major increase in energy, and a decrease in unhealthy cravings.

I have been taking a combination of Burn, Melt, EFA, CLA, and also the cleanse for the last 6 weeks along with exercising 3-5 times per week and have lost 25 pounds. These supplements have also greatly increased my energy levels and stamina.
